This 6x4 utility trailer has been fully refurbished with no detail overlooked or corners cut, and it’s ready for work. The bed and panels are made from 12mm hardwood ply, with all end grain properly epoxy-sealed using AMPRO SP 106 for exceptional durability and to prevent water ingress. The panels have been double-primed with Hempel undercoat and finished with three coats of Leylands black waterproof paint, with a final bead of silicone along each seam for maximum protection against the elements. The bed frame was thoroughly cleaned and treated with Rustin's protective underseal before top coating to provide extra defence against wear.

 

All hardware has been replaced with new stainless steel fittings, and the trailer also comes with a brand-new jockey wheel, hitch, tyres, and spare wheel. Bearings have been professionally serviced and repacked, and the suspension units are in perfect working order. A lighting board in excellent condition is included, with all electrical components functioning flawlessly.
